oUR DESIGN PROCESS

Our design process is informed by having a thorough understanding of our clients needs. While the size or scope of a project may differ, we take a high-level approach to present the best possible product solutions through the following steps:

INFORM + IDENTIFY

The first step in our process is to identify and define the client’s goals and constraints. We listen closely to our customers’ objectives to determine their focus areas, and work collaboratively with our clients to define what their priorities are regarding design, function, delivery time and budget. This helps us develop a clear understanding of the client’s expectations, and paints a picture of their perfect interior or exterior environment.

SPECIFY + DESIGN

Once we have a clear understanding of our client’s goals, the team will create a suggested selection of products perfect for the project. This information is shared in a design proposal respectful of the client’s brief. Included in the proposal is a mood board that sets the tone of the design, and details proposed furnishings with available product finishes, dimensions and pricing. Once the client accepts the budget, space plans are drawn up in a CAD file to visualize and check the fit inside the interior space.

REFINE

After initial discussion and proposal with the client, we adjust the proposed pieces to define the exact items, finishes and sizes required for the project. Depending on the size and scope of a project, there can be several meetings required to reach a final proposal.

Once final decisions have been made, all information is documented in an order form that details product, finish and dimensions. We ask our clients for written confirmation to finalize the purchase, ensuring they understand the details of their orders. This process ensures there are no errors, misunderstandings, and our customers are clear on what they are purchasing.

WHITE GLOVE INSTALLATION

All products are shipped directly to the project site in a merged container from Europe. Our Operations Manager will be in contact to confirm all delivery requirements and a suitable date for delivery. The delivery and installation teams we work with have over 25 years of experience in the delivery of luxury goods. Our specialized installation teams are also cabinetmakers who have received training directly from our manufacturers, ensuring a perfect installation. After installation, our design team provides a “walk-through” to show the client through the space, and answer any final questions.

AFTER SALE SERVICE

The sale may have been completed, but it’s important that our clients are satisfied with the use and experience of living with their new furnishings. Our design team can consult on the maintenance and care required for each product sold. We are dedicated to following through with our clients to ensure they are 100% satisfied with every purchase.
